Maria guides innovation and growth strategy for Choreo’s investment advisory and business development efforts and supports our advisors across the country with the tools and resources they need to succeed. She has more than 30 years of experience leading business development and relationship management teams at some of the most prominent financial services firms in the U.S., working with registered investment advisors (RIAs) serving high net worth individuals, families, foundations, and endowments.

Maria is deeply engaged in developing Choreo’s client service and segmentation models and advancing the next generation of our wealth advisors. Much of her role involves change management, identifying micro and macro trends and continuously assessing new technologies to help shape how Choreo advisors can best serve clients. A skilled communicator and connector, Maria is passionate about our employees and champions the firm’s strong culture of client-first service and teamwork.

Maria has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
