Bill DeMar

As the son of a real estate developer, Bill DeMar understands the challenges of the entrepreneurial life.
Since 2002, Bill DeMar has worked with families who have built their wealth as real estate entrepreneurs, mid-sized business owners, and entrepreneurial-minded executives. A co-founder of the former Enso Wealth Management firm (now part of the Choreo family), he primarily provides advisory services to accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals, often assuming the role of a family’s trusted advisor.
As part of his tenure evolution, he has developed relationships with sponsors, developers, operators, and managers that provide investment vehicles to high-net-worth individuals.
Outside of the office, Bill is an avid cook who enjoys making and drinking wine and can be found spending quality time with his wife and two sons. He coaches youth rugby, basketball, and baseball in the Lamorinda Community.
