Joy Parduhn
Managing Director, Advisory Operations
Joy joined Choreo Advisors with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry.
She has served in the leadership role as chief operating officer and chief compliance officer for over 20 years where she drove all operational aspects of the business, including business development, human resources, technology, mergers & acquisitions, and the compliance and regulatory requirements. She brings knowledge from the Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) business, broker/dealer, banking, and Corporate Trust Company.
In her current role, Joy is responsible for establishing efficiencies in all areas of operations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies and procedures. Joy leads the Operations teams of Advisory Operations and Platform Operations.
Many of Joy’s activities outside the office revolve around her involvement in the community. She completed the Leadership Academy with Schanke, Turnbo Frank in Oklahoma City and was in the graduating Class 37 of the Signature Program of Leadership Oklahoma City in 2019. She has severed on the Foundation Board of the Regional Food Bank and serves as a board member for Pellow Outreach, Inc. She has also been actively involved with Positive Tomorrows, Oklahoma’s only homeless school.
