Karen Lee brings 25 years of experience to her role as Chief Growth Officer at Choreo.
Karen has a track record of originating and implementing strategic and growth plans that contribute to the success of large, fast-growing wealth management enterprises. Karen was the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer and Chief Business Solutions Officer at Mercer Advisors, a large wealth management firm where she helped launch its Institutional, UHNW, and Mass Affluent businesses.
Before that, Karen held Senior Vice President roles with Wells Fargo’s community bank, corporate strategy and wealth management groups. She was also a Vice President of Marketing with Wells Fargo’s wealth management group and began her career as a Business Analyst with Accenture Strategy Group.
When Karen is not on the job, she is with her husband and 2 teenage sons taking advantage of San Francisco city life. She is also a gym rat who enjoys trying to get in better shape with Barry's bootcamp, Core40, and Soulcycle classes.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
