Kelly Feldman
Deputy General Counsel
Kelly joined RSM US Wealth Management LLC in October 2020 and continued with the company through the transition to Choreo, LLC. Kelly is a member of the Legal & Compliance team, primarily focusing on all legal matters for Choreo.
Prior to joining RSM, Kelly practiced for 7 years in the General Counsel’s Office of a large, national SEC-registered investment advisor. Kelly started her legal career as an associate in the New York, NY and Melbourne, Australia offices of an international law firm.
Kelly received her B.A. from Syracuse University and her J.D. from New York Law School. She is admitted to the New York State Bar. She lives with her family in upstate New York.
