Kyle P. O’Neill brings a strong foundation in portfolio management, investment analysis, and operational efficiency to his role as a Senior Associate. He offers a detail-oriented approach and hands-on experience supporting investment strategies within a collaborative advisory environment.

Prior to joining Choreo, Kyle was with Northeast Financial Group, an independent registered investment advisory firm based in Northeast Pennsylvania. He joined the firm in June 2024, where he supported portfolio management and advisory teams through trade execution, investment due diligence, and the ongoing optimization of internal systems designed to enhance consistency and efficiency across the investment process.

Earlier in his career, Kyle gained broad-based investment experience through multiple internships as part of Drexel University’s cooperative education program. He completed a rotation at Crane Payment Innovations, contributing to research and development initiatives on digital payment systems, and later interned with Penn Mutual Asset Management on the fixed income trading desk, where he focused on high-yield bonds. These experiences provided valuable exposure to traditional asset management and evolving areas of the financial markets.

Kyle’s background in investment support, research, and systems improvement positions him well to contribute to Choreo’s high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth wealth management practice, while continuing to develop and deepen his experience by working alongside a team of professionals committed to collaboration, mentorship, and thoughtful investment stewardship.
