As CIO and Managing Director at Choreo, Matt leads the firm's investment strategy for clients, families, and institutions. With a deep analytical background and extensive investment experience, he ensures client portfolios align with their goals and objectives, balancing risk and opportunity to drive long-term financial success.

Matt specializes in public and private investments to help clients attain their long-term goals and objectives. He takes a holistic wealth management approach, collaborating closely with attorneys, CPAs and insurance professionals to integrate tax-efficient strategies, asset protection, and legacy planning into each client's financial road map.

Prior to joining Choreo, Matt served as Managing Director and CIO at BDO Wealth and was a Partner and Director of Research at Biegel & Waller, LLC. His career has also included founding a private equity firm, conducting equity and fixed income research as a Senior Analyst at Chesapeake Partners, and working in healthcare investment banking at PaineWebber.

Outside of his professional role, Matt is deeply committed to philanthropy and serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for the Kennedy Krieger Institute, a renowned nonprofit in Baltimore dedicated to improving the lives of children and young adults with pediatric development disabilities and brain disorders.
