As a Senior Director at Choreo, Micah provides comprehensive and personalized financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families across the Rocky Mountains & Western US regions.

Before joining Choreo in November of 2023, Micah co-founded and led two successful companies: COSYNTRIS Advisory Network, a full-service registered adviser (RIA) and ACM Wealth Solutions. Micah also has experience working with high-net-worth clientele, including families, business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, Foundations, Endowments, & Corporations. His specialties include portfolio construction, asset allocation, performance monitoring, financial planning, estate planning advice, lending, and banking services.

Leveraging his 27 years of experience in the finance and investment industry, Micah helps his clients achieve their goals and optimize their wealth. He is passionate about delivering the highest level of service, quality, and innovation to his clients and strategic partners.

Micah began his career at Northwestern Mutual Life & Baird Securities in Spokane, Washington. From there he moved to Citigroup Smith Barney as an analyst of institutional investment managers working with union pension accounts and consulting on developing investment policy, the search and selection of independent investment managers, on-going money manager due diligence, evaluation and monitoring performance, and setting investment allocation policies. While at Smith Barney, Micah successfully completed a rigorous Private Wealth Management designation, which covered estate planning, philanthropy, alternative investments, control and restricted securities, lending, investment banking, hedging and monetization.

In 2007, Micah formed an independent financial advisory practice at Wells Fargo Financial Network. His areas of focus ranged from pre-liquidity planning for business owners, to stock option analysis for corporate executives and employees, to pro-bono work for women going through a time of transition.

Micah speaks publicly on financial planning topics for the National Business Institute, Financial Planning Association, Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, CPA and attorney continuing education forums, and estate planning organizations. He enjoys the mountains and a day on the lake with his family.
