Molly McMillin
Chief Financial Officer
Before joining Choreo, Molly McMillin was the chief financial officer at Allspring Global Investments.
In this role, she lead all finance activities for Allspring, partnering with leaders on financial management and decision support matters and providing insights and analysis for strategic business initiatives. Molly joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). She has served in a variety of finance roles supporting the Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) business lines. She has also served as the financial planning and analysis manager for WFAM, Wells Fargo Retirement, and WIM staff support groups.
Earlier, she was the group finance officer for Wells Fargo Investment Institute and a finance manager for WIM. She began her investment industry career as a financial analyst in the Capital Management Group with Wells Fargo predecessor Wachovia. Molly earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Roanoke College and a master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Queens University of Charlotte.
