Muriel Unseth
ASSOCIATE, WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Muriel is an Associate of Wealth Management at Choreo, based in the Peoria, IL office. Muriel brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to client service shaped by her experience in education, research, accounting, and client-facing consultation.
Prior to joining Choreo, Muriel served as a Language and Literature Teacher at Dunlap High School, where she designed curriculum, developed lesson plans, and built strong relationships in a classroom environment. In addition to her classroom experience, Muriel has worked as a Senior Consultant with Better College Apps, LLC, conducting consultations and essay reviews to help students strengthen their college applications. In this role, she provided meticulous feedback and grammatical, thematic, and structural critiques, helping students communicate their stories with clarity and purpose.
Outside of work, Muriel enjoys long distance running, cycling, and coaching. She is a six-time marathon finisher, two-time Boston Marathon qualifier, and serves as assistant track coach at Dunlap High School. She also enjoys reading 20th century history and literature.
