Neil leads the wealth management practice in Choreo’s Boston office. He has developed a well-rounded perspective through more than 25 years in the financial services industry.

Neil is a Senior Director at Choreo and is part of the firm’s Charlotte, NC wealth management practice while residing in Boston. He specializes in transition planning for business owners, estate and gift planning, and sophisticated asset management, working closely with business owners, corporate executives, ultra-high-networth individuals and their families to develop, implement and monitor comprehensive financial strategies. 

With a deep understanding of multi-generational wealth challenges, Neil’s holistic and client-centric approach ensures that individuals and families have a clear roadmap to achieving their long-term financial goals while also helping them enjoy and make the most of their wealth throughout their lives. He takes pride in collaborating with his client’s other trusted advisors to deliver strong working relationships focused on achieving results. 

Before joining Choreo, Neil was a Director at RSM US Wealth Management LLC, where he advised clients on financial planning and investment strategies. His previous experience includes roles as a Financial Services Representative at Baystate Financial Services, Managing Director responsible for large retirement plan relationships at Fidelity Investments, and Vice President of Planning and Guidance Products also at Fidelity Investments.

Outside of work, Neil’s interests include exercising, the Boston Celtics, and The Beatles.
