As a Senior Director of Wealth Management at Choreo, he specializes in business planning, estate and philanthropic planning, and comprehensive financial strategies for high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Ryan takes a holistic approach, collaborating with CPAs, attorneys, and insurance professionals to ensure his clients receive well-rounded, tailored financial solutions.

Before joining Choreo, Ryan held leadership roles at RSM US Wealth Management LLC, where he advanced from Manager to Director, advising clients on wealth preservation, investment strategies, and multi-generational financial planning. Prior to that, he worked at Russell Investments in various capacities, most recently as an Associate Client Executive, where he developed investment strategies and guided institutional and individual clients through market complexities.

Ryan is passionate about helping his clients define and achieve their personal vision of financial success. His ability to navigate both personal and business financial transitions allows him to provide clients with clarity and confidence in their long-term planning. Whether guiding a business owner through a major liquidity event or helping a family establish a legacy plan, Ryan is dedicated to delivering insightful, results-driven advice.

Ryan enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with his family. Usually, that's on a hiking trail, on a boat, or behind the wheel of a classic car. He volunteers at his children's school, is a champion of financial literacy, and coaches little league baseball.
