Chief Human Resources Officer
Shelley brings over 25 years of diverse experience in financial services and consumer products and brands to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Choreo.
Throughout her career, Shelley has been recognized as a strategic HR leader, holding key positions at Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, Bank of America, and TIAA. As the first Chief People Officer at Movement Mortgage, Shelley led the Human Resources team of a 4,500-employee financial services organization. She successfully spearheaded the development and scaling of core, people-focused initiatives such as performance and talent management, organizational restructure and design, leadership development, sustainable practices, total rewards, employment risk mitigation, and enhancing employee engagement and experience.
Shelley earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Maryland, College Park. She resides in Charlotte, N.C., with her husband and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking and hosting gatherings for friends and family.
