Tony Luppi is a Senior Director, Wealth Management at Choreo, where he advises successful entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families on complex financial and planning matters.  His work centers on helping clients preserve, protect, and thoughtfully transition wealth across generations while navigating the evolving needs of family and business.

Before joining Choreo, Tony served as a Wealth Advisor at Insight Wealth Strategies in Irvine, California. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly 13 years with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he was a Vice President and Market Client Relationship Manager. During his tenure, he collaborated with advisors and supported professionals to drive market-level performance. He played a central role in business growth initiatives, client experience enhancement, supervisory and compliance oversight, audit management, and digital adoption efforts.

Tony is known for his disciplined approach and steady advisory presence.  He works closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families seeking continuity, thoughtful guidance, and long-term stewardship of their wealth.

When he is not working, he enjoys watching college football and playing golf. He and his wife Emily reside in Ladera Ranch where they are raising 3 young children.
